At Osdhi Organic Mehndi, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality organic mehndi products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unopened.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order receipt or invoice).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened mehndi powder packs
- Used products
- Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products
- Products damaged due to misuse
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Product photo or video proof
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item, please contact us via email.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please send it to our return address provided via email after approval.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
